Something Weird Happened Here is a podcast where we share stories that are postmarked "Peculiar," and then explore them with curiosity and an open mind.
Have you ever experienced something weird? 🙀
Like, unexplainable, bizarre, creepy, or beyond words? Where you said to yourself, "WTF was THAT?"
Things like:
👻 Ghosts/Paranormal encounters
👽 Alien/UFO sightings or visitation
🏥 Near-death experiences
💭 Prophetic dreams
🧌 I saw bigfoot or chupacabra or whatever!
🔮 Psychic abilities
🚪 Portals or parallel dimensions
👉 Or any other experience that cannot be easily explained through our standard knowledge and senses.

If accepted, we'll dive into it on air during one of our live or recorded episodes, and you might even be invited to be a guest (or guest cohost) on the show!
Can I submit my twisted tale anonymously? YES! In the submission form, where it asks “Is it okay if we read your first name on air?” just choose “No, please keep me anonymous.” If you choose “Yes,” we will only read your first name (or whatever name you give us).
Do I have to be on air? Absolutely not. You can submit your story and we may read it on air on your behalf (either anonymously or with your first name only, see #1 above).
Does my story have to be about a ghost? Oh, hell no! We don’t discriminate. Your story only needs to fall into the category of “weird” and “uneplainable” (by conventional methods). See some examples in the section above.
Do I have to give the exact location of the “here” where my something weird happened? Nope. Be as broad as you are comfortable. While we would love to get a specific city, we will accept a county, state, province, or even country. Just something.
Are you going to make fun of my story? Probably not. We won’t be disrespectful, but we might ask questions. We might dig a bit. We might try to figure out what it could be. We are sarcastic, sweary, and fun but our goal is to explore, not to mock.
Do I need to pay anything to have my story read on air (or to be a guest)? There is no charge to submit your story or to have it read on air or to be a guest. All free.
Will I be paid for my submission or guest spot? No.
